Test Engineer

Position: Test Engineer

Location: Bang Bo District, Samut Prakan province, Thailand

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

- New project test project evaluation and import;

- Quality system document maintenance and audit;

- Learn and import new test scheme and new equipment;

- Customer problem solving and audit correspondence.

JOB SPECIFICATION

- Communicate fully with customers to understand the testing requirements, and communicate fully with relevant departments within the company to promote the smooth development of the testing system

- Debug antenna waveforms to ensure that the waveforms are suitable for production line testing and control

- Responsible for the preliminary analysis of the problem in the test according to the test data and test report, submit the problem list and work with R&D engineer and process engineer to follow up the problem list and close problem list

- Debug equipment stability to ensure that the test system is stable enough for production line testing

- Set up the production test system, calculate and cooperate with RD to set the test standard of antenna test and ensure the smooth progress of the test work

- Track production status of production line, analyze and deal with defective products in production line to give optimization suggestions

- Prepare various test reports, such as Function Report, CGK, GRR, RF Report, etc.

- Train technician the test related knowledge and other work assigned by superior

- Strong sense of responsibility, timely completion of assigned tasks, and have a good sense of customer identity, communication and coordination skills and good team spirit.

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 5 years FCT/EOL testing experience in automotive electronic,RF LTE&BLE&UWB&Flash& Noise test is plus.

- Major in automotive electronics, communication, microwave, microelectronics and integrated circuit,working experience in electric factory or RF component factory, preferably in RF parts factory in automotive industry.

- Understand various functions of VNA, such as S11 Smith Chart /Limit Line Setting, and be able to debug antenna waveform and matching circuit with VNA.

- Familiar with production FLash/FCT/EOL test process, set up test station, familiar with the basic idea of defect analysis, regular analysis of test data for further improvement.

- Word/Excel /PPT common office software, LabVIEW /Python/ GO is preferred.

- Familiar with RF basic circuit knowledge, familiar with antenna microwave engineering basic knowledge.

- Candidates can communicate in English as working language.

- Familiar with test jig, especially RF test jig related to antenna.Familiar with design, debugging, confirmation function and other links of work content

- Bachelor degree or above, with good English/Chinese
