Our client, a leading global FMCG company is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager with intensive experience in POSM to join their team.
Job Description:
- Leverage shopper insights to inform strategic decisions and drive impactful in-store communication that resonates with target audiences.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative in-store display and merchandising solutions that captivate shoppers and drive sales.
- Continuously assess and enhance the visibility of categories and brands, ensuring maximum impact and relevance for target shoppers.
- Mentor and develop the commercial team to effectively leverage shopper insights and execute impactful in-store communication strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of in-store investments, including space allocation, assortment planning, and visibility initiatives, to optimize business outcomes.
- Collaborate with category development and sales teams to craft compelling in-store narratives, encompassing POSM guidelines, merchandising standards, and shopper journey mapping.
Requirements:
- 7 years of demonstrated expertise in trade marketing, space planning, and in-store vision strategies
- Cultivated effective relationships with key stakeholders and excelled in leading and mentoring direct reports.
- Possess a deep understanding of both offline and online display solutions within the FMCG industry, backed by a solid portfolio of successful implementations.
- Strong leadership and team management skill
