Job Description
Job Purpose:-
Responsible for overall commercial plan delivering against the budgets & resources to achieve the sales plan. Key contact of cross function including marketing, supply chain, finance and distributor
Key Responsibilities:-
Defines the strategy & budgets required to deliver targets & phasing of sales forecast / execution
Defines promotional strategy across channel and customer
Review sales performance and spending ensure target achieved
Lead price strategy by product by channel
Lead initiative of consumer promotion
Use shopper data to create in-store activities driving offtake
Perform promotion Evaluation
Sales Marketing Briefing and Business review
Identify distribution opportunity
Develop activity to achieve distribution target
Monitor and report performance to ensure team achieve goal
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field with MBA-Marketing is preferable.
Minimum 3 years experienced in Trade Marketing in FMCG companies.
Positive attitude CAN DO, energetic, creative, result driven and good team player.
Strong project management, analytical and communication skills.
Good command in English both speaking and writing.
Good computer literacy (MS Office).
