We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Training and Development Partner to join our team. This role is essential in enhancing employee skills and driving organizational growth through effective development programs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Units: Work closely with business unit leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs within teams.
- Design and Develop Training Programs: Create engaging and relevant training courses tailored to various employee needs and organizational goals.
- Facilitate Training Sessions: Deliver high-quality training sessions, ensuring participants are engaged and able to apply new skills effectively.
- Assess Training Effectiveness: Evaluate training programs through feedback and knowledge and skills applied to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
- Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, top vendors network in training and development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related fields.
- At least and 3-5 years in training and development.
- Experience in the design and delivery of successful learning programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and work with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
- Ability to conceptualize highly complicated tasks, multitasking in a complex environment with strong agile and resilient mindset under pressure in a fast paced environment.
