Responsibilities
- Working with the leadership team to identify the company's short- and long-term goals and implementation plan to deliver key achievements including APE/ FYP, new recruit, manpower, Active agent, Productive agent, MDRT achievers, NBV and persistency
- Analyzing trends in the market and industry and researching competitors and providing suggestion to develop environment and support to ensure successful of target
- Continuously monitoring results and environments to identify or forecast trends and pursue opportunities for future growth
- Communicating strategies and executing plan to related parties both senior management and till agents in field for alignment and effectiveness
- Modeling and analytics support for business development review, business report, including operating analysis with the budget provided and establishing method of tracking data to evaluate performance toward the goals
Qualification
- Master's or bachelor's degree in business administration, Banking and Finance, Economy or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Agency strategy and project management, leading multiple teams in life insurance
- Ability to lead, guide and coach team members in areas such as transformation process, production, managements systems and sales quality
- Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, service-minded, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, and highly self-motivated
- Fluent in written and spoken English and good computer literate
- Ability to co-work with other team members and support teams
- Good communication, problem solving, coordination and interpersonal skill
- Good analytical, time management, and human relation skills.
- Open minded and fast learner.
