Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for property management and rental growth, aligning with company objectives.
- Lead initiatives to maximize revenue and occupancy rates, particularly through short-term and long-term rental markets.
- Oversee daily property operations to ensure all properties are well-maintained, compliant with local regulations, and meeting brand standards.
- Develop budgets, oversee financial performance, and ensure properties meet profitability targets.
- Lead the rental management strategy, leveraging data to adjust pricing, optimize occupancy, and drive consistent revenue.
- Callobrarate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and promotions to attract tenants and increase bookings.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing property management and rental team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to property management and rentals.
- Develop and implement risk management practices to protect property assets and ensure a safe environment for tenants and staff.
- Oversee insurance policies and manage claims as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in property management, asset management, or rental management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in property management and rental revenue generation, ideally within a high-end real estate or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of real estate regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in property and rental management.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a large, diverse team
