Position Overview:
Each Virtual Presentation Vacation Consultant is responsible for consistent and accurate presentations to Anantara Vacation Club (AVC) online preview presentation guests, to achieve defined revenue targets, whilst at all times maintaining a professional image, upholding AVC's standards of integrity, quality and service to both internal and external customers.
The attainment of an average of five (5) verifiable Owner referral leads for each new purchaser, either on the date of the presentations or by the 15th day of the month following the presentation date, is also a key component of the role.
An additional and rewarding component of your position is to also source your own qualified self-generated (direct) online preview presentation guests ,adhering at all times to the site generated guidelines, as advised from time to time.
You will be given specific training to familiarize yourself with the intricacies of AVC's Points Ownership Product, the content of all legal documentation and the compliance rules and presentation policies to ensure you have a thorough understanding of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively deliver required revenue targets;
- Present the AVC Presentation consistently and accurately;
- Maintain current presentation information and materials;
- Be an active and punctual participant in all presentations and training meetings;
- Support the companies marketing strategies;
- Treat all guests, whether they purchase or not, with the utmost respect and courtesy ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and YTD;
- Ensure that at all times you represent the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner, ensuring that the company and its associated brands are not compromised;
- Adhere to the New Owner quality assurance and follow up procedures as determined by your direct report; and
- Respect and work with your colleagues to maintain a one team ethos.

- Achievement of all personal revenue efficiency targets established as part of defined goals;
- Attainment of high internal and external customer satisfaction;
- Deliver a professional virtual presentation to guests;
- Maintain high standards of grooming, personal hygiene, dress code and punctuality;
- Perform as an active and positive team member.
Qualifications
- Experience in timeshare sales, and/or experience in the direct sales is preferable.
- Tertiary or University education desirable, though not an essential requirement.
