What you'll be doing

• Respond to technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly and effectively
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems experienced by customers
• Provide comprehensive product training and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement solutions for complex technical challenges
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical support activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Relevant technical qualification or certification in telecommunications or a related field
• Fresh Minds are welcome
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
