About Our Client
Our client is a highly reputable, publicly listed company in Thailand's industrial sector.
Job Description
- Develop financial models and feasibility studies for future project investments, preparing comprehensive presentations that include detailed sensitivity analyses covering cash flow, risk, returns, and project viability.
- Run, interpret, and clearly explain financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation methodologies.
- Lead and control the annual budgeting process for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Source and arrange equity and debt financing that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Coordinate with financial institutions and underwriters to manage credit facilities and issue financing instruments, including debentures, overdrafts, bridge financing, green bonds, and project financing.
- Oversee investor relations strategies and tasks, including organizing investor activities, preparing presentation materials for events like SET Opportunity Day, analyst meetings, and investor roadshows.
- Ensure accurate information disclosure in line with SEC and SET regulations.
- Manage day-to-day and ad hoc tasks as directed by management, addressing issues promptly to support management and shareholder requirements.
- Handle overall project management and other responsibilities as assigned by supervisors and management.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate finance and/or investor relations.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling.
- Strong skills in financial planning and analysis.
- High sense of responsibility with strong problem-solving and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in Thai and able to communicate in English
