Summary
This position is for a Warranty Service Engineer who is under direct supervision. Uses standard procedures to respond to basic customer inquiries related to installation, modification, upgrade, maintenance and repair of the company products or equipment purchased. Facilitates technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Applies basic skills in the execution of existing procedures.
Job Description
- Works under direct supervision to provide product and technical support.
- Uses standard procedures to respond to basic customer inquiries related to installation, modification, upgrade, maintenance and repair of the company products or equipment purchased.
- Facilitates technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives.
- Distributes technical documentation to improve the level of on-site maintenance and timely processing of product fault.
- Coordinates technical service activities between customers, customer service representatives, sales representatives and field staff.
- Supports specific product's sales growth in Thailand, focusing on product in warranty period.
Minimum Requirements
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
