MAIN PURPOSE
- Perform diagnosis and all kinds of watch interventions (maintenance and repair), from simple up to complications overhauling, following Maisons guidelines.
- Ensure excellence in execution to meet service standards of the Maisons (lead-time and quality).
Key Responsibilities
#1 Technical interventions
- Perform technical evaluation and quotation according to Maison policy and client request (services and required parts)
- Provide After-sales services and own stock maintenance, including but not limited to dismantling, movement overhauling, case preparation, encasing
- Do polishing of watch if required
- Follow repair and spare parts management process as per guideline
- Conduct quality controls on products after repair
- Use online Maison technical instructions and information
#2 Work environment
- Ensure cleanliness of the work area environment
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Provide timely feedback on technical issues and continuous improvement ideas with management
- Participate in / animate events upon Maison request (if applicable)
- Perform stock count (repair / spare parts) when required
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years experience in repair for watch
- Overhauling proficiency is a plus
- Good communication skills in verbal and written (English is preferred)
- Familiar with Computer skills (MS Office, Internet, E-Mail)
- Behavioral competencies: Self Motivated, reliable, integrity and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and handle urgent requests
