Job Summary:
The Strategic Wealth Management will be responsible for shaping and implementing strategies for the Wealth Management division, ensuring alignment with KBank's revenue generation goals and business capabilities. The role requires the development of long-term capabilities through cross-functional collaboration, focusing on optimizing client-centric processes, products, and channels to meet evolving customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wealth Management Strategy Development
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy for KBank's Wealth Management division, ensuring optimization and alignment with the bank's revenue generation objectives.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure the strategy is robust and actionable, serving as a guiding framework for various teams within the Wealth Management division.
- Provide strategic insights and guidance to teams across product lines, operations, and customer service to ensure cohesive execution.
- Capability Building for Long-Term Success
- Drive the development of long-term capabilities in Wealth Management by collaborating with product teams and distribution channels.
- Ensure banking processes are customer-centric and enable effective delivery of services that align with the Wealth Management strategy.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and enhance the bank's wealth management offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs and industry trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead cross-departmental collaboration between wealth management, product, operations, and digital banking teams to ensure strategies and processes are well-integrated and optimized.
- Promote synergies across various teams to improve customer experiences and ensure that all wealth-related processes contribute to higher satisfaction and engagement.
- Client-Centric Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline processes to better serve the bank's wealth management clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5-10 years in wealth management, financial strategy, or related fields, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in large financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of the wealth management industry and financial products.
- Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
