Position: Web & Digital Media Junior
Location: Kata, Phuket, Thailand
Responsibilities:
- Website Maintenance:
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and updating of the company websites.
- Ensure website content is current, accurate, and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Monitor website performances and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Assist in creating and uploading multimedia content, including images, videos, and graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for various digital platforms.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Support SEO efforts by implementing on-page SEO best practices.
- Assist in keyword research and monitor website analytics to track performance.
- Social Media Management:
- Assist in managing the company's social media accounts.
- Email Marketing:
- Support email marketing campaigns by assisting in the creation and distribution of newsletters.
- Assist in monitoring email campaign performance and provide reports on key metrics.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and user behavior.
- Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to support various digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist with other marketing projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, and web development tools.
- Intermediate in PHP, and JAVASCRIPT
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), page builders, and other plugins (e.g., WordPress).
- Understanding of SEO principles and social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Intermediate English written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
