WMS Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and provide expert advice and support.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between Distribution Center (DC) users and WMS providers for system enhancements.
• Advise DC users on potential WMS software improvements.
• Oversee WMS and related systems to guarantee continuous operational availability.
• Analyze delivery processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage teams to support the operations manager with data and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of WMS patches and feature updates as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in managing warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to comprehensively understand WMS systems/WMS applications.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration within the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of Pick-to-Light technology is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
