**Job Overview**
Organize, coordinate and direct work in the workshop, complete the work plan and various indicators, and organize production site management according to lean production requirements.
- Coordinate the arrangement of tasks to ensure that product orders are delivered on time with quality and quantity
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement improvement activities, solve inefficiency problems in the employee process, and improve and enhance employee work efficiency
- Responsible for hosting workshop production meetings, collecting abnormal problems and effectively solving them
- Be fully responsible for the 6S management of the workshop
- Be fully responsible for workshop asset management and have the ability to lead a team
- Propose suggestions for improving process flow, production equipment, production environment, etc.
- Be fully responsible for the issuance, storage and management of various documents and materials in the workshop. Responsible for supervising, inspecting, reworking, repairing, completing and closing technical change notices
- Be fully responsible for the care, maintenance and repair management of all facilities and equipment in the workshop
- Review piece rate data and submit to finance on time
- Regularly carry out internal work management (planning, inspection, summary, improvement)
- Regularly clean up the system's work-in-progress and process overdue production orders in the system
- Organize and implement customer on-site audit activities and participate in other related management activities of the business department
- Improving various management methods, processes and production operation standards in the workshop, and supervising and inspecting the implementation
- Responsible for the management of low-level quality issues in the process, and the execution and implementation of production documents
- Complete temporary work assigned by superior leaders
**Job Requirements**
- Education: College degree or above, priority will be given to those who are engaged in related work
- Work experience: More than 3 years of workshop management experience, with certain process quality control experience
- Skill requirements: computer operation, office software
- Competencies and qualities: Have certain insight, team management ability, strong promotion and problem-solving abilities, strong sense of responsibility, work autonomy, and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Other requirements: Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong ability to work independently, and strong ability to withstand pressure
- Language: Can speak Chinese and Thai; English is a plus
