**Job Overview:**

Responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of the overall plan of the Thailand factory of the business unit, the tracking, control, analysis and adjustment of the overall production progress, ensuring safe production, efficient production, guaranteed quality and quantity, on-time delivery, effective cost reduction, reduction of losses, etc., and working hour quotas , standard process document coverage and timely updates, incoming material packaging specifications and delivery specifications, standard assembly procedures, etc. promote the overall improvement of the business unit to ensure that the manufacturing center KPI indicators are achieved. Do a good job in team building and improve the comprehensive capabilities of the Thailand factory operation team

• On-time completion rate of market order delivery
• Per capita sales output value
• Internal quality losses (rework and repair, assembly scrap, normal equipment debugging, tooling exchange, tooling improvement, sluggish scrap, etc.)
• Customer complaints (delivery delays due to manufacturing reasons, assembly quality problems, etc.)
• Department management regular meeting (analysis, improvement, improvement, closure, etc.) 1 time/month
• Safe production, confidentiality, continuous cost reduction, on-site 6S control, financial audit, quality center and second- and third-party audits, process level improvement, etc.
• Inventory turnover rate (parts library)
• Overall management and control of large projects and key customer orders, active response and handling of abnormal and special events, stocking and material management and control, etc.
• Actively organize the team to complete various activities and indicators issued by the company and platform departments

**Job Requirements:**

• Education: Bachelor degree or above
• Work experience: More than 3 years of relevant production management experience.
• Training experience: Received training in project management, product knowledge management, quality management, warehouse management, etc.
• Skill requirements:

1. Understand and use the five tools and seven techniques of quality management

2. Familiar with lean production; familiar with the whole process of connector processing technology

3. Have rich theoretical knowledge of warehouse management; be proficient in operating office software such as SAP, IMS and Office

4. Familiar with production safety laws and regulations

5. Familiar with various work processes of the company and warehouse

• Ability and quality: Have certain coordination ability, team management ability, strong promotion and problem-solving ability
• Other requirements: Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong ability to work independently, and strong ability to withstand pressure
• Language requirements: Chinese, Thai; English is a plus
